Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabımı sil. Onayladığında hesabın ve buluttaki tüm verilerin (senkronlanan projeler, küçük resimler, export sayaçları, profil) hemen ve kalıcı olarak silinir.
Uygulama olmadan
zerivatech@gmail.com adresine “BounceLab hesap silme” konulu bir e-posta gönder. Google ile bağladıysan o Google hesabının e-posta adresinden yaz; anonim hesaplar için Ayarlar → Hesap’ta görünen kullanıcı kimliğini ekle. Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde işlenir.
Silinen ve saklanan veriler
- Silinir: hesap kimliği, bağlı e-posta adresi, bulut projeleri ve küçük resimleri, export sayaçları, profil bilgileri.
- Saklanabilir: anonim kullanım olayları ve çökme raporları en fazla 12 ay (kişiyle ilişkilendirilmez). Satın alma kayıtları Google Play’in ve yasal muhasebe yükümlülüklerinin gerektirdiği süre boyunca Google ve RevenueCat tarafından tutulur.
- Cihazındaki videolar ve projeler cihazında kalır; uygulamayı kaldırmak onları siler.

In the app
Settings → Account → Delete my account. After you confirm, your account and all cloud data (synced projects, thumbnails, export counters, profile) are deleted immediately and permanently.
Without the app
Email zerivatech@gmail.com with the subject “BounceLab account deletion”. If you linked Google, write from that Google account’s address; for anonymous accounts include the user ID shown in Settings → Account. Requests are processed within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: account ID, linked email address, cloud projects and thumbnails, export counters, profile data.
- Kept: anonymous usage events and crash reports for up to 12 months (not linked to you). Purchase records are kept by Google and RevenueCat as required by Google Play and legal accounting obligations.
- Videos and projects on your device stay on your device; uninstalling the app removes them.
