BounceLab Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the BounceLab mobile app (“App”) processes and why. Controller: Zeriva Tech, contact: zerivatech@gmail.com.

In short

• The App shows no ads and does not track you across apps or websites.
• Your videos, projects and the images/music you choose are created and stored on your device.
• We don’t sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

Analytics events never include your name, email, file names, video content or location; IP-based location lookup is disabled. No person profiles are created and no session recording takes place.

Uploading to YouTube (YouTube API Services)

The Pro feature “Upload to YouTube Shorts” uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; how Google processes data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

• The App only requests permission to upload videos (youtube.upload); it does not read, delete or change your channel details, watch history or existing videos.
• The video, title, description and tags are sent directly from your device to YouTube; they do not pass through or get stored on our servers.
• The access token stays in the Google session on your device. You can revoke access anytime in Settings → Account → YouTube → “Disconnect” or on the Google account permissions page.

Data we don’t process

Location, contacts, microphone, camera (images you pick stay on your device), advertising ID.

Retention

Account and sync data until you delete your account; analytics and crash data for at most 12 months.

International transfers

The purchase infrastructure (RevenueCat) is in the US; transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (and Turkish KVKK Art. 11) you may access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and port your data. Requests: zerivatech@gmail.com. Uninstalling the App deletes all on-device data; write to us to delete cloud data.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll announce it in the App and on the store page.
